For added clarity, cross-check the flags on your screen with those on the racing committee boat to ascertain your proximity to the start signal accurately. The integrated Apple 'Health' and 'Activity' apps record your sailing time as a dedicated 'sailing workout session', contributing to your daily activity targets.
